You need one at a similar angle. In your "Before" picture, her head is slightly cast down, which will elongate the nose. In your "After", her head is turned up. LOL Manic Mom, well, they tell you ways to pose to shorten a nose (head back) or ways to pose to make a face look leaner, etc. If your nose isn't huge you can get away with the downcast look.:)

Weight loss does not shrink a bulbous nose.......I believe she had a nose job- a good one, it's very subtle...but ask the people at goodplasticsurgery.com- they'd probably know! But I also agree about camera angles....they make your face look different.... @ 3:04 AM GMT+1

Speaking of having had work done--anybody think Lisa Kudrow now looks like an alien? Say her on HBO last night--I'm thinking she's had cheek implants, a neck lift, and had the bridge of her nose thinned. Those thick cheek implants give her that "alien" look. Lisa Kudrow has always (since she got famous) looked like an alien to me. Nothing new. I'm going to be really mean now, so all you delicate flowers can look away: Her nose looks like a vacuum cleaner. That shape is not found in nature. I've seen her "before" pictures, and it was always a very large nose, but her original surgeon did something weird to it. She seems happy with it, though, and she's done just fine, so that's all that really matters. @ 4:58 PM GMT+1

What I don't get is when someone's had a nose job, and it's horrendous. I know there's only so much a surgeon can work with, but couldn't someone like Tori Spelling have bought a better nose? @ 6:15 PM GMT+1
Checked out her pics on Yahoo. Pics from 1999 and 2005 movie stills show a definitely different nose. The nasal tip is more narrow which indicates a nose job.
